Contracts Supervisor South East

This Timber Engineering company have been expanding their work load. For this reason they are currently recruiting a Contracts Supervisor, ideally based around the South East area, who is happy to work away from home when required. This role would suit a time served Joiner (with Experience of Timber Frame erecting), looking to move into a management role. Ideally you will already have some experience in site management.

On a day to day basis you will work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure the contracts are run in a cost-effective manner and that they are completed on time. You will be the face of the company, representing them on site, ensuring that all sites are run professionally, effectively and efficiently and promptly resolving any issues.

It will be your job to Carry out pre-start meetings and directly manage the on-site sub-contractor installers. The ideal candidate will have good computer skills, have the ability to work with all levels of people, be used to working in a fast paced environment and be flexible enough to work away from home with overnight stays when necessary. You must have a full clean driving licence, and hold a valid CSCS Card.
