Contracts Manager Southern England

Due to an expanding workload, one of the UK's largest Timber Frame manufacturers currently have a vacancy for a Contracts manager to join their team. You will reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager and will be running your own team of Contract Supervisors on multiple sites, helping to ensure that each site is completed within agreed delivery and budget targets.

This job requires regular site meetings and working remotely in a home office as well as some nights away from home. You will be working closely with Design and Technical departments to help develop build programmes, and to be fully aware current and future workload for each site within your area.

Often, you will be the face of the company with Clients, so it is essential that you build these relationships so they are aware of any potential issues and you can manage their expectations. You will need to have CSCS accreditation SMSTS and have previous experience as Site Manager for a housebuilding or main contractor.
